It's not as warm as I thought. You have to set it to 7 or 8 to feel any warmth at all.
It's a nice item, but in my opinion it could heat up a bit stronger, but overall it's great.
The existing foot warmer reaches up to the knees, which is a bit uncomfortable, and I don't need it to go above the calves, so I purchased this one. Just 2-3 layers are enough, and it covers up to the ankles, which is very satisfying.
It's easy to wash separately, and the most important thing is that the warmth level is a gentle warmth. It's not like a regular steamer that's hot, but rather a warmth that you can feel by putting your foot in a fluffy area to see if it's warm or if there's a little heating element. It's a slightly confusing level of warmth. Please take note.
